Chelsea Cove HOA, LTD is comprised of four Chelsea Cove properties: Chelsea Cove I, Chelsea Cove II, Phase III, and North Side HOA.
Chelsea Cove HOA, also known as the Master Association, governs the playground on Miller Road, the Sylvan Lake beachfront, the tennis courts, some of the roadways, and the storm drain system.

Your annual common charge of $550 is due on 1/15/23, or in 5 monthly installments of $110, due by the 1st of each month, January through May. Late payments are subject to fees. Don't fall behind. Send your payment in right away!
