2023 Beach Info
The private beach club will re-open tentatively on June 17, 2023. A valid pass is required for entry into the area. Owners must be in good standing to receive passes and will receive two per household. Each pass will allow you to bring 5 people to the private beach club area. The last day for the 2023 season is labor day, weather depending.

You must keep your passes as they will be re-used each year. There will be a $50 charge per pass to replace them if necessary.

Passes will be checked by a beach attendant to ensure that only residents and their guests enter. Owners are responsible for the actions of their tenants and guests while at the private beach.
