YOU CAN PAY YOUR ANNUAL HOA DUES ONLINE

 

Chelsea Cove HOA community members can pay their annual dues online through the homeowner portal at https://changepointpm.appfolio.com/connect/users/sign_in  

via e-check, credit card or debit card.

The amount due for the 2024 budget year is $550. You may make a one-time payment of $550, due by January 15, 2024, or in 5 separate installments as follows:

 

Payment 1: $110, due January 1, 2024

Payment 2: $110, due February 1, 2024

Payment 3: $110, due March 1, 2024

Payment 4: $110, due April 1, 2024

Payment 5: $110, due May 1, 2024
